Cigar information (brand, name, size) and barcode mappings you contribute may be shared with other users to improve the collective database. This shared data is anonymized and does not include personal notes or your identity.

The Ash Vault name, logo, and all related graphics, designs, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Ash Vault may integrate with third-party services (such as authentication providers and cloud storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Ash Vault is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
Cigar information in our database is user-contributed and may contain inaccuracies. We do not verify the accuracy of this information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ash Vault, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
